Description: Near 2,500 linear feet of 8" pvc sanitary sewer pipe, 13 manholes, 20 private connections, removal of 1,900 linear feet of clay pipe and 120 linear feet of new water line. Most of this work is in residential alley with several cross streets.
Pre-Bid Meeting: Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at 10:00 AM in the Engineering Conference Room, located on the 2nd Floor of the Dr. Mae Jackson Development Center at 401 Franklin Ave., Waco, TX. The meeting is not mandatory, but highly recommended.
General: Plans and specifications can be obtained from the Engineering Department located on the 2nd Floor of the Dr. Mae Jackson Development Center at 401 Franklin Ave., Waco, Texas upon payment of $25.00 (non-refundable) per set. To have a set mailed or overnighted, please call 254-750-5440. All requests for plans/specs by overnight courier, will be at the requestors expense.
