Southwestern Wraps

Ingredients

8 10-inch flour tortillas (fat-free)
1 cup Black bean dip
1 cup chopped Lettuce
1 cup diced Tomato
1 1/2 tablespoons Cilantro
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese (finely shredded)
1 cup Sour cream (reduced fat)
1 cup Salsa

Directions

  • Dice tomatoes.
  • Chop cilantro and mix with the tomatoes.
  • Chop lettuce.
  • Place 2 tortillas between a napkin and warm in the microwave for 20 seconds on high.
  • Warm black bean spread approximately 1 minute on high in the microwave.
  • Place 2 tablespoons of black beans on tortilla.
  • Top with a handful of lettuce and tomato.
  • Top with 1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese.
  • Roll.
  • Garnish with a tablespoon of low-fat sour cream and salsa, if desired.
  • Serving size: 2 wraps.
