Baked Spaghetti
Ingredients
1/2 pound Ground beef - extra lean
1 medium (1 cup) Onion - yellow
1 can (15-ounce) Pizza sauce
1 box (7-ounce) Elbow macaroni
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Dice onion.
- Spray pan with nonstick spray.
- Brown meat with the onion.
- While browning meat, bring a pot of water to boil.
- When boiling, cook pasta according to directions on the box.
- Mix together the cooked pasta, meat and onions with the pizza sauce.
- Spray baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Spoon pasta mixture into pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until bubbly.
- After serving the baked spaghetti, sprinkle each serving with 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese.
- This recipe makes 4 servings. Baked spaghetti can be reheated the next day or frozen and used at a later date.
