Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients

1/2 pound Ground beef - extra lean
1 medium (1 cup) Onion - yellow
1 can (15-ounce) Pizza sauce
1 box (7-ounce) Elbow macaroni
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Dice onion.
  • Spray pan with nonstick spray.
  • Brown meat with the onion.
  • While browning meat, bring a pot of water to boil.
  • When boiling, cook pasta according to directions on the box.
  • Mix together the cooked pasta, meat and onions with the pizza sauce.
  • Spray baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Spoon pasta mixture into pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until bubbly.
  • After serving the baked spaghetti, sprinkle each serving with 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese.
  • This recipe makes 4 servings. Baked spaghetti can be reheated the next day or frozen and used at a later date.
