Chicken Nuggets

  • 1 cup Dry Bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Dried thyme
  • 1/4 C Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Dried thyme
  • 2 tsp. Dried oregano
  • 2tsp. Dried basil
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 11/2 lb. Boneless, skinless chicken breast

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except the chicken and the oil in a plastic bag and shake well.

2. Place the cubes on a nonstick cookie sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the cubes. Bake the cubes for about 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and tender. Serve cold. 6 servings
