1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except the chicken and the oil in a plastic bag and shake well. 2. Place the cubes on a nonstick cookie sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the cubes. Bake the cubes for about 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and tender.
