Recipes for Good Health

Brownies

  • ½ c flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ c sugar replacement
  • ½ c soft shortening
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread into greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. 2 inch squares yields 16 squares.

Exchanges- 1 ½ bread, 1 ½ fat

136 calories per serving.
