Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients

1 pound Chicken breast, boneless and skinless
1 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic
2 teaspoons Oregano
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar

Directions

  • Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
  • Wash chicken breast.
  • Slice off any excess fat.
  • Spray baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Place chicken breasts in baking dish.
  • In another dish, combine balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano and brown sugar.
  • Mix well and pour over chicken.
  • Place chicken in the oven.
  • Cook until done (approximately 10-15 minutes), turning chicken at least once.
