Asian pork tenderloin

Ingredients

1 pound Pork tenderloin
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds, toasted
1 teaspoon Ground coriander
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon Celery seed
1/2 teaspoon Minced dried onion
1/4 teaspoon Ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Sesame oil

Directions

  • Preheat oven at 400.
  • Toast sesame seeds.
  • Mix all spices together. (For 2 serving recipe - only use half of the spice mixture.)
  • Slice pork into approximately 3-4 ounce portions.
  • Rub spice on pork.
  • Spray oven safe pan with nonstick spray.
  • Place pork in oven.
  • Cook until done (approximately 15 minutes).
