New Employees
Water Utility Services welcomes Jonathan Echols, program
coordinator.
The Public Health District welcomes Tiffani Johnson,
community promotions specialist; and Jimmie Davis, nurse
in the immunization program.
Moving On
Steve Benson, Public Health District, has accepted a job
with the State of Texas and has moved back home to Austin.
Retirement
Sgt. Bob Robertson, Police Department, retired as of Oct.
31 after 35 years of service with the City of Waco.
Promotions/Transfers
Lisanne Lynch, Police Department, transferred from customer
service representative to property technician in the Support Services
division.
Jolea James, Police Department, transferred from customer
service representative to records supervisor.
Michael “Ben” Griffin, Police Department, was promoted
from the temporary labor pool to full time customer service representative.
Congratulations
Water Utility Services selected Matt Brannen as the collection
and distribution employee of the month for October and J.R.
Rodriguez was honored for November.
Tom Conry, Water Utility Services, was awarded with the
Secchi Disk Award during the North American Lake Management Society’s
annual awards banquet. The award recognizes the NALMS member who
has made the most significant contributions to the goals and objectives
of the society.
Donald Littleton and Robert Newton, both of Fleet
Services, received their medallions from ASE (National Institute
for Automotive Service Excellence) for achieving 25 plus years
of being certified.
