ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS

Consider an ordinance amending Appendix B ”Subdivisions” of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Waco, Texas by amending Section 1.801 and 1.802 to delete references to State of Texas, Department of Highways and Public Transportation and replace with Texas Department of Transportation, by amending Section 5.202 to require plan drawings to show the location of all traffic control devices, by amending Section 5.205(a) concerning naming of streets, and installation, maintenance and replacement of street name signs, and by amending section 5.205 to add a new subsection M concerning traffic control devices.
