ZONING DISTRICTS SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CRITERIA; PROVIDING LOT AREA AND YARD REQUIREMENTS
FOR SUCH USE; LIMITING NUMBER OF SMALL LOT SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS PER LOT; AND
