2nd Annual Lowe's of Waco and MDA Golf Tournament March 31,2017

This is our 2nd year for our tournament, we are proud to announce Chick-fil-a Franklin & Richland Mall as our breakfast provider and Rudy's BBQ as our lunch provider. Wild Torch

Jesus Said Love (jesussaidlove.com), a nonprofit serving people in the commercial sex industry to awaken hope and empower change, will hold its third annual “Wild Torch” fundraising gala on Monday, April 10, 2017 at the Waco Hippodrome Theatre. Wild Torch will be an evening of art and story centering around the very literal journey of women affected by the commercial sex industry. Featuring various mediums of art (music, spoken word, and visual), each year Wild Torch offers something different and unique to the Waco area. This year, Wild Torch will feature a performance by Broadway actress and Tony Nominee, Elizabeth A. Davis as well as feature music by Brett & Emily Mills and The Union Revival. The History, the Land, and the Law on the Chisholm Trail Lecture & Luncheon

Presented by Parnell McNamara, Sheriff of McLennan County, former U.S. Marshal Join Sheriff McNamara for lunch following his presentation. Luncheon reservations are $20 per person and must be purchased in advance. Guests that purchase a table of eight for $200 will receive preferred seating at the lecture and the luncheon, a photo opportunity with the Sheriff, and a commemorative gift.
