Television Recycling Program
Waco residents can also take their televisions and monitors to the Cobbs Recycling Center, 2021 N. 44th Street (between Cobbs Drive and Trice Avenue).

Cobbs Recycling Center is a convenient drop-off location for many recycling services. Televisions are accepted from City of Waco residents only, with proof of residency required.
Proof of Residency includes:
- A current City of Waco Water Utilities bill or another bill with a Waco address, or
- a current driver’s license with a Waco address. The Waco address must have City of Waco trash service. “Scrapped out” televisions are not accepted for recycling.
There is no fee for recycling televisions and monitors.
In addition, Waco residents can recycle numerous additional electronics at the Cobbs Recycling Center.

Before you recycle your television, consider whether your old/used TVs is working or not. If it’s still working we recommend donation as the best way to save energy and natural resources.
