Basketball

The community centers and various parks include basketball courts.

Leagues for men, women and youth take place throughout the year. Various training clinics are also available.

Football

Youth and adult flag football leagues are held during the fall and winter.

The City also partners with the HOT Youth Football Association to host tackle leagues.

League games are held at the Lake Air Football Fields.

Baseball & Softball

Riverbend Park is a first-class baseball and softball venue. The complex includes eight fieldsthat are kept in prime condition.

Adult softball leagues are held through the year, along with baseball and softball tournaments for all ages. Field rentals at various parks are available.

Track & Field

Each summer the TEAM WACO track and field team includes more than 300 local athletes ages 5 to 18.

The youth train with college athletes at the Hart-Patterson Track and compete at weekly meets. The team also attends the annual Games of Texas each July.

Fitness

The Bledsoe-Miller, Dewey and South Waco community centers have wellness rooms that are open daily. The rooms have a variety of weight machines and treadmills.

The centers also host fitness classes and walking clubs throughout the year.

Workouts and classes also available at the Waco Regional Tennis and Fitness Center.

Tennis

The Waco Regional Tennis and Fitness Center includes 18 lighted courts, including a 1,500 seat championship court. The complex also includes a complete fitness center, pro shop and bar-and-grill. Tennis classes, leagues and tournaments are held throughout the year.

Waco is also home to the Charlie McCleary Tennis Courts and several neighborhood courts.
