Swedish Research 1890 census - free searches for five counties - click on the English version. Other counties require a subscription If the person one is researching was living in Sweden in 1890, you can use this source to identify the parish where they lived. This census is searchable by name. Transcription records for some Swedish parishes. This site has excel files of transcribed Swedish church records for some parishes within Sweden. While it is not the original source, this may be a good place for someone to look if their parish is included in this list. This list is continually being updated and it is a free website. Births, marriage and death transcribed records for Skåne (Kristianstad and Malmöhus) and Blekinge - These are transcribed records but again this is a free database and some individuals may wish to start here if their research is in this area. Swedes in Texas website documents those who emigrated from Sweden to Texas from 1850 to 1930.
