Do you love to write? Try Fan Fiction. This is the name given to the stories written by fans of a particular fiction usually that of movies or books.

Fan fiction is a channel for creative writing within a predefined setting, a way to share ideas with other fans, a means to explore facets of popular characters that the author feels have been underplayed. Investigate Fanfiction.

Read reviews of Young Adult fiction written by local teens, and write your own review.

 

Teen Ink

A monthly print magazine, website, and book series: all written by teens for teens. There are over 16,000 pages of student writing on this site.

Send Teen Ink your work - have an opinion on something? Write it up and send it Teen Ink!in! Send reviews - good or bad, of colleges you visit, movies you see, or whatever!

Join the Waco-McLennan County Library's free Online Book Club It's a great way to find out if this book is for you! Everyday, Monday through Friday, you will get a portion of a chapter by email- it should only take about 5 minutes to read.
