Interlibrary Loan Service
Interlibrary Loan Service has been re-instated for Waco-McLennan County Library cardholders.
As a result of budget cuts experienced by the State Library imposed by the Texas Legislature, the WMCL Interlibrary Loan Service will have some key changes to insure fair and equitable loan service during this time of budget constraints
