The annual Fourth on the Brazos is set for Saturday, July 4. This year's riverfront event will take place at Touchdown Alley next to McLane Stadium. ***This is a move from Indian Spring Park and the Suspension Bridge.***
6 p.m. - Gates / Food Trucks / Vendors Open
7:30 p.m. - LC Rocks (1980s tribute band)
9 p.m. - Patriotic Ceremony and Waco Community Band
9:15 p.m. H-E-B Fireworks Extravaganza ***This is a change from 10 p.m.***
The annual Fourth on the Brazos is FREE thanks to sponsors like H-E-B! Coolers with drinks and snacks are allowed.
H-E-B's Fireworks Extravaganza will begin at 9:15 p.m.
The fireworks will be shot above the river between Touchdown Alley and the Ferrell Center.
The fireworks will be visible along both sides of the river and from areas around Baylor Campus and downtown.
Free event parking areas include:
No parking is allowed on street medians.
Handicap parking is available at Lot D at McLane Stadium.
Waco Transit will provide free shuttles from the Ferrell Center and downtown’s Heritage Square.
Paid parking is available at Brazos Parking, which is located across the event on MLK.
Due to flooding and current river conditions, all boat ramps are closed and the Brazos River will not be accessible.
Food and drinks will be available for sale on site from food trucks.
This year's line-up includes BBQ, burgers, corndogs, funnel cakes, nachos and more!
The fourth annual Corndog Classic Eating Competition will take place on our main stage. To enter, call 254-750-5627.
Officers from the Waco Police Department and Baylor University will provide security.
Entry points will have a bag check area for safety. Please remember, no weapons, fireworks, glass or pets are allowed into the event.
EMS will be located at the entry to Touchdown Alley
An ATM is located in the food court area.
Restrooms are located around the event perimeter.
Coolers, lawn chairs, small backpacks and blankets are allowed
Shade umbrellas are allowed, but no pop tents please.
No pets, fireworks and glass bottles.
