Peace Officers Memorial Campaign

The memorial serves as a reminder to all citizens, of
the ultimate sacrifice that some officers have made, and that others
may make in the future, as they protect the citizens of this county.
In the history of this county, 21 peace officers have made the ultimate
sacrifice. The memorial was erected in Indian Spring Park between Washington
Ave and the Waco Suspension Bridge. The memorial has a center monument
with badges representing Federal, State, County and local agencies.
Stone walls with the engraved names of the fallen officers surround
the monument. Benches and lights encircle the memorial.
Thank you for supporting this memorial and your local
police agency.
