If you wish to use a city facility, city equipment or a city street, you must complete the application. The application will be presented to a committee of city departments, which will approve and help facilitate your event. Upon approval, a confirmation letter will be sent to the event organizer.

The activity permit must be submitted 60 days prior to an activity. A $25 non refundable processing fee must accompany the application.
