The Waco-McLennan County Library is currently interviewing for the following positions:

1. Now interviewing for homework tutors for our fall program held at the four area Libraries. Program begins the week of Sept. 15 and runs through the first week of December, 2008. Requirements include: Strength in math, science, reading and English. Ability to work weekly at a set time. Must work well with children K-8th grade, be dependable, and be knowledgeable in basic subject areas. Interview and background check required.
2. Magazine Area: Sort donated magazines and paperbacks and keep Friends Magazine area at Central library stocked. Hours are flexible.
3. Booksale: Work at the East library throughout the year to sort incoming materials for Friends Booksale held in November. Training is required.
