The 46th Annual Friends of the Waco-McLennan County Library
Book Sale will be November 13-16 at the Heart of Texas Fairgrounds.
One of the largest book sales in the Southwest, the Friends
sale will offer over 100,000 Books, CDs, and Videos - most for
$1.50 or less.
Sale Hours
Opening Day Admission: Admission Adults $5; Children
14 and under are Free. Ticket sales begin at 8 am.
Free admission Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

General Sale
Donations
The Friends are accepting donations of books, videos, CDs,
DVDs and cassettes for the 2008 Book sale at all library locations
through the end of October. Gladly taken are gently worn hardbacks,
paperbacks, children's books, DVDs, CDs, movie videos, recent
textbooks, and encyclopedias no older than 2003. We are no longer
accepting records or cassettes of any kind. For pick-up of more
than 4 boxes, please all 750-5943.
Volunteers
If you are interested in volunteering at the 2008 Book Sale,
please complete a volunteer
form (PDF) and return to Kim Salome by October 26. Confirmation
of your work time(s) will be sent by no later than November.
