Waco-McLennan County Library Commission

The Library Commission adopts bylaws, rules and regulations for the public library and facilities. The Commission consists of ten members, nine appointed by the Waco City Council and one member appointed by the County. Commission meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of January, March, May, July, September and November at 4 p.m. Terms: 3 years (city), 1 year (county)
