Plan ReviewAll commercial and residential plan review is handled through Inspection Services. Please see the Commercial Permit Application form on our web site. Plan review for residential remodels and additions are done at the time of application. Plan review for new single family dwellings usually takes no more than five business days. Turn around time for a new commercial project is 3-5 weeks depending upon size of project. Large Commercial Projects could take longer.
