4 sets - COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT package + 5 additional SITE PLANS;

or 9 sets – SITE PLAN PACKAGE (for site review only) (Site grading showing location of sewer lines, water lines, (and taps for both), and storm sewer lines, fire hydrant locations, landscaping with legends & calculations, dumpster and enclosure details)

****1 Site Plan (submit 8 ½" x 11" size site plan shows ONLY property lines, building locations, fire hydrant locations, parking lot and drives) - FOR FIRE MARSHAL'S OFFICE + 1 Clean Floor Plan (Room Names - no dimensions or notes - 8 ½" x 11")

Interior Finish Out / Renovations of Existing Building (no-expansion of facility)
