The City of Waco Internet auction runs continuously with items closing on a quarterly basis. [Actual closing dates for the Internet auctions vary depending on the availability of items.]

The Internet auction consists of the following types of items.
- Retired City vehicles
- Retired City equipment.
- Police abandoned/forfeiture items.
- Small tools and miscellaneous items.
All vehicles and items are sold "as is, where is" and all sales are final

The Police Department lists vehicles online through Lone Star Auctioneers.
