The Policy Board meeting is tentatively scheduled for the fourth Tuesday of every month. All Policy Board meetings are open to the public. Policy Board meetings are scheduled for 2 p.m. at the Heart of Texas Council of Governments (HOTCOG) Board Room – 1514 S. New Road, Waco Texas.

AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES
THE WACO METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION (MPO), WILL BE CONDUCTING 3 PUBLIC MEETINGS TO SOLICIT COMMENT ON THE ADOPTION OF THE 2014 – 2015 UNIFIED PLANNING WORK PROGRAM (UPWP) AND PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PLAN (PPP)
The Waco Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is accepting comments regarding an amendment to the Public Participation Plan and adoption of the 2014-2015 Unified Planning Work Program.
2014 - 2015 Unified Planning Work Program Draft
The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) identifies the work tasks the Waco MPO intends to accomplish during the next 2 years and the estimated costs to complete these tasks.
Public Participation Plan Proposed Changes
The Public Participation Plan (PPP) identifies those tasks the MPO intends to undertake to provide citizens an opportunity to participate in the transportation planning process. All comments will be presented to the MPO Policy Board and given full consideration prior to adoption.
A copy of the PPP amendment and the draft UPWP can be viewed at the following locations between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
